Effective date: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kuca ("Kuca," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use our website, AI image and video generation tools, accounts, credits, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It also explains the visibility rules for generated content and the privacy choices available to you.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may receive account identifiers, payment or subscription status, fraud signals, generation status, and related information from authentication providers, payment processors, analytics and security services, referral partners, and AI model providers.
We use personal information to:
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Generating content requires you to sign in. To complete a generation, Kuca sends your prompt, selected settings, and uploaded reference media to the AI model provider used for that request. The provider may process the content in other countries and may retain it for operational, safety, or legal purposes under its own terms and privacy policy.
Kuca may use automated systems and, when necessary, authorized human review to detect prohibited or unsafe content, investigate abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain service quality. We do not use content marked Private to train our own general-purpose AI models. This does not control how an independent AI model provider handles content under its own terms.
Do not upload confidential information or personal information you are not authorized to use. If your content includes another person's face, voice, likeness, or other personal information, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law.
You cannot generate content without signing in. Private mode requires an active paid subscription. Without an active paid subscription, including when an account uses free, promotional, or manually granted credits, generated outputs are forced to Public and cannot be set to Private. An account with an active paid subscription may choose Public or Private where the Service provides that control.
At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Kuca does not provide a user-generated Public Showcase, gallery, or other public discovery page. An item marked Public is eligible to be displayed, shared, or indexed if we later provide a public page, Showcase, gallery, feed, sharing feature, search feature, or promotional placement. Public status does not by itself mean that the item is currently displayed, and Kuca is not required to display every Public item.
Depending on the public surface, available details may include the generated output, prompt, selected model and settings, task parameters or drafts (including reference-media links), and your profile name or image. Do not use Public mode for confidential material or personal information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Private is a visibility setting for Kuca's public discovery layer only. It does not mean that content is stored on dedicated or isolated infrastructure, that it is never accessed for authorized operational purposes, or that it is not processed by the AI, hosting, storage, security, and other providers needed to operate the Service. Files may also remain accessible through previously issued URLs.
Do not make content Public if it contains confidential information or personal information that you do not have permission to disclose. Copies of Public content may remain with people or third parties that accessed or shared it while it was available.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following categories of recipients as needed to operate the Service:
Service providers may process information for the services they provide to us, subject to their agreements and applicable law. Third parties acting independently process information under their own privacy policies.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain generation and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Retention varies by data type and purpose, and we do not promise one fixed retention period for all information.
Deleting content through the product performs a soft deletion: it marks the item as deleted and removes it from normal active product views. It does not guarantee immediate or complete physical erasure. Related database records, uploaded source files, generated outputs, operational logs, caches, backups, and copies held by AI model providers or other third parties may continue to be retained. Kuca does not promise a fixed physical-deletion deadline for those copies.
Soft deletion does not cancel AI processing that has already been submitted. A provider may complete the request, and Kuca may receive or store the resulting output after the item has been removed from active product views.
You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us. We will handle a valid request as required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions and information we need to retain for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. We may also de-identify information and retain the de-identified information for analytics and improvement.
Kuca and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws in those locations may differ. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for a transfer, we will take the steps required before relying on that transfer.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and Private content is not stored on dedicated or isolated infrastructure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting your account credentials.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. You may also manage available account and visibility settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.
To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain a record of the request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Kuca, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before using third-party services.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service and our practices change. We will post the updated policy here and update its effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it before the change takes effect.
